They sold me a broken item. Went back in the next week and the exact same associate was there that I bought the item from. He remembered me, remembered the purchase...it was just a pair of motor muffs to flush motor which are half the price at big stores. He would not let a long time customer and patron simply exchange without receipt and "packaging" he said. Common sense and simple business practices are the reason folks will choose these smaller businesses...that goes away so do I. It's the lack of common sense and decency that is so irritating and useless. I'll just make my way a few miles further down the road, but beware if you purchase something here, even something as small and simple as what I did, they won't honor it without all of your ducks being in a row even if they remember every single aspect about the purchase and the product obviously had zero use.

Always have the little things I need for the boat. Staff is great and very helpful
