Palisades at Surf City

Current resident here. Moved in August 2022 with evolve and loved it. Now with new management it hasnt been so great. Took me around 4 months to resolve a certain issue after complaining several times to the office. (I even offered proof to speed up the process). The apartments are beautiful and in a good location but you better hope you have a considerate upstairs neighbor if you live on any floor below 3rd. I hear EVERYTHING they do! Better off renting somewhere thats better quality for the price. Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease. Oh and I cant forget to mention the MOLD and BUGS everywhere.

Beautiful place to live. We have nothing but positive things to say about the office and maintenance staff. Every time we go into the office we have a pleasant experience. Rayna Wisniewski always gives us her full attention and is very quick to solve any difficulties that may arise. She makes a huge positive impact on us. Our daughter recently had emergency surgery, and Rayna offered to bring her mail to her or to help in any way that she could. This is huge. Keep up the great work!!!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! If I could give this place negative stars I would. We loved it when it was Evolve, then Palisades took over and it went downhill fast. The front office staff especially the manager Mayra are awful. They do not care about your concerns, dont answer back to any emails, lie, and belittle you. The property is not kept nice like they say it is. Dead bugs everywhere in the hallways, cigarette butts and lighters all over the grass and bark, dog poop everywhere, grills never work. The apartments themself are moldy and if they dont have mold once you move in, give it 3 months and mold will show up. All they did to get rid of it was paint over the mold. I could go on about how bad this place was to live in.

I couldn't be more happy about living at the Palisades. Rayna and the office staff are so accommodating and always willing to assist. The tenants are extremely friendly and my Mocha loves the dog park. Enjoy the full gym and my coffee in the Clubhouse everyday!!! Can't wait for warmer weather and the pool!!!!

I stayed here with my wife and two girls for six months while our new home was being built, and we could not have asked for a better experience. The apartment was spacious and updated; the grounds were well maintained; and the pool area is perfect for enjoying the sun - for both adults and children! Lastly, the maintenance and leasing offer staff were refreshingly top-notch; their customer service and hospitality are second to none. Highly recommended.
