Hi Honey,Frist, thank you for shopping with us at Play It Again Sports! I see that you have left us a 2 star review and I do apologize that your experience wasn't a 5 star one as it is our goal to make sure customers are completely satisfied when they visit our store. We do have a very strict buying process where we offer 30% (of our resale value) in a check and 40% in store credit. Our employees will do research on EVERY USED item that comes in the store to make sure the item is priced properly before we communicate those prices to the customers selling the product to us. I do apologize if the buying process was not explained beforehand and we, also, understand you would probably receive a little more selling items on your own as we are a resale business. Our goal is to make sure we have more affordable options for parents and kids who are unsure which sports/fitness routines they want to commit to fully and, also, give them options to try different things without spending too much money.We hope that you'll give us another opportunity and come shop with us again soon.
