Chantel and Miracle are the sweetest sales associates. They were helpful with my purchase and I had a lovely conversation with both of them. They both have a warm disposition! I would definitely shop there again!

Today I went to the carters babies and kids in Greenville, nc. The store was very limited in the sizes. I can understand that, it is the buying season. However, customer service was NON-EXISTENT. Three people at the register standing around, whining and complaining while people were in the store. I realize its a foreign concept; after purchasing many items, when I asked for boxes, I was directed to a store that doesnt exist in this shopping area, in the pouring rain. No wonder the store was basically empty. Either these employees need to be re-trained or fired, unless this is your business model? If this is the case, I will not be purchasing items from your company again. Truly pathetic!

Super friendly staff. It's definitely a smaller store but it is easy to get in/out of most of the time with little to no wait.
