Bojangles

Very poor service, waited for my order while at the window. I witnessed horse play and tomfoolery. It was not a very good experience.

I love Bojangles, probably my favorite fast food. This Bojangles is by far the worst one I have ever been to. Ive gone here for 2 years because it is close to my work. Everytime I have ever gone the wait is atleast 20minutes even with nobody else in line, and I have never gotten my food fresh, it is always either wrong or old and cold.

The staff is very racist I saw how they reluctantly sold food to Hispanics so I would not recommend this place due to racism towards Hispanics

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. I don't go to bojangles very often, but I do recall that all the other locations that I have visited in the past have had fried chicken early in the morning. In the Greenville area and Raleigh areas. I went with some family and I wanted to order 3 piece meal of fried chicken. The lady at the registered told me that it was available until after 1030am, it was 9am. So I ordered a chicken biscuit meal. One of my family members who was with me ordered grits as a side for her meal. After waiting for almost 5 minutes for our order, the young man told us that they were out of grits and offered a different side. We asked if they were completely out or if it cooking. He said it was going to be 10 minutes. She took the different side that was offered. After we had been eating and talking for about 20 minutes, I went up to the counter to get her a side of grits because she really wanted them. When I went to place the order, they said that they were cooking and it was going to be 10 minutes. So I asked why does it take 30 minutes to cook them. The young lady said that it didn't take that long. And that when I told her that when we first placed our order almost 30 minutes earlier, we were told that they were going to be 10 minutes. She had just arrived for her shift, so she was not aware that we had ordered them with our original order and that we were already told the same thing. She was very friendly. It wasn't her fault that the shift leader or management wasn't leading the team and making sure that food wasn't running out or low.
