Walgreens Pharmacy is amongst the worst in the USA. In North Carolina they bought out all the Rite Aids (which were better). They then closed all the locations. They doubled pharmacy traffic and not the service personnel. Long line and lots of return visits are the norm to get a prescription. Often their system is offline and frequently you need to reinstate your insurance and coupons to get your proper price. Also though Health and human services and all state governments have lifted almost all COVID restrictions, you cannot make a vaccination appointment in store, it must be online. After all panicked sick people could show up...imagine that. Sick people and healthy people coming to a pharmacy for care and disease prevention. The online requirement can be quite difficult for the elderly and infirmed. I would think that violates ADA compliance often. I chose Rite Aid for access to a nationwide pharmacy. I recommend any pharmacy but Walgreens Pharmacy.

Please I advice you not to go with the Walgreens pharmacy. They are so unprofessional and dont have a care in the world when you call in advance to see if your perception are ready for pick up . They say sure its ready . Then when I go pick the perception up they claim it wasnt in stock and they couldnt refill it. Every time I go up there its always a problem getting the perceptions. In my opinion all them need to be fired and bring in new people that care about the customers instead of playing with people lifes when it comes to getting there medication on time . I will be calling Corporate office to let them know whats been going on with there Walgreens pharmacy off 10th street and hopefully they will take this in Consideration to handle the issues they be having there. I will be switching to another pharmacy!!!! Please aware dealing with them .....
