I came in earlier this week to get gel taken off my natural nails and just wanted a basic manicure with clear gel polish. a plastic nail tip was used to forcefully peel off the gel from my natural nails, leaving them soft extremely flexible, chipping, and cracking the same day. Im very disappointed I came in with healthy nails and left with the integrity of my nails completely damaged.

I use to go here all the time but the past few times Ive been there I was over charged and I didnt get what I asked for. I showed him the design and literally walked out with nothing on my nails. He was upset that I brought my 2 girls with me.There was only 2 other ladies being serviced on the shop so it was pretty quiet. I can understand if my kids were being disruptive but they were literally not doing anything. I believe thats why he rushed through my nails. I dont like to be difficult customer so once I asked about something Im noticing isnt right I will not ask again . Im just decide to no longer go back and take my money elsewhere.
