My kids have been going here for a few years now, all the staff members are so friendly and we love Dr. Davis 😊 she’s amazing and very thorough! She always has such a stern serious face it makes me laugh so I always try to get a smile out of her 😜 They are always on top of everything my kids have needed! Thank you all for everything! You are the best!!!! Definitely Recommend this place 150% five stars all the way!!!

The only thing good here is the Day treatment that helps my child with behavior. But as for Doctors like Davis and Reynolds they both lack in the attention that their patients need. I am from NJ just moved here and I have never experienced anything like this. So again I love the Day treatment but everything else horrible.

I went to this clinic at the beginning of December for a mental health assessment. I was complaining of suicidal ideation, severe depression and severe anxiety. After several insulting comments from the person who assessed me, they finished my assessment by telling me they would call me tomorrow with an appointment. I found out later that they are not supposed to let people leave an assessment without having an appointment in place already. After getting no call the next day, I called them three separate times over the next few days and was told that I would be called when the assessment was finished or completely blown off. I gave up. My mom decided to try to call for me and finally got through to someone when she mentioned that I was suicidal (despite my mention of this at assessment and each call). They magically were suddenly able to make an appointment that very night. They made some excuse about misplacing my paperwork, despite me calling them multiple times to tell them that I should have had an appointment made by now. At that point, I did not want to deal with people this unprofessional who clearly did not care about someone saying they were suicidal. I went into the appointment and asked for a refund for what I paid for my assessment that never was done. (The psychiatrist told me that if I was refusing treatment and suicidal, he would have to call the police on me. I told him that I had said that almost a month and a half ago and they didn't seem to care. Things had changed in the interim. To threaten to call the police on a patient that you have wronged who is already mad is unbelievable to me, especially from someone who is supposed to be a psychiatrist.) They told me that they would call me tomorrow about it. It has been over a week now since that happened. Can you guess if I received a call or not? I'll let you know that I still haven't despite trying to call them about this refund. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. They have made my mental health issues way worse and have shown little to no regard for the mental health of their patients which is their entire job. Update: They finally got back to me after another couple times of me having to call them first to tell me they won't do a refund as I received an assessment. This is despite the fact that my assessment was misplaced and not processed until the month after it was done, essentially making it no longer accurate. this is also despite the fact that I did not actually see a psychiatrist as by the time that they got back to me to make an appointment, I was no longer interested in their services. I would not recommend this place. They do not take their patients' well being seriously.
