Great shopping experience and Thomas was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Nice selection. Unfortunately, i made the wrong choice and am now sleeping (off and on) on a new uncomfortable bed that is too firm. My fault. Very disappointing. So choose carefully! But a great store to deal with. *Update* Fortunately, I adjusted to firmness of the new bed and we now both love our new bed.
