I have been with Progressive since 2010 no accidents or tickets. I decide to go to the local office. I walk in an older white lady says is there something I can do for you. I say yes I wanted to get a quote she says do you already have a policy I say yes. I sat down and begin to tell her I had spoke with a customer service rep on the 800 number and was given a really high rate. She immediately say oh well I cant speak with you about anything you discussed with them I say ok. I tell her Im here to speak with you now. She says youre going to have to call back and deal with whoever you spoke with I cant assist you. I say why cant you assist me I have a policy with Progressive and I have been with them since 2010. She says theres nothing I can do for you. I didnt even try to say anything else I simply said ok. I got right up went to another insurance agency. There I was treated with respect and I switched all my cars over. I canceled my Progressive policy(not that they care) and I wont be going back. Maybe some of you will have a better experience than the one I had. Me personally I wont be going there again. I just needed a quote and to add a new vehicle to my policy. I remember when loyalty to a company meant something. Now it doesnt matter very disappointed
