      image Newly remodeled and I got the upgraded room. Very large room and the lobby and eating area are the best I've seen among Comforts in NC. Front desk ladies were very nice and had me ready before I got there.

      image Absolutely horrible service they even kicked us out the second night saying we were evicted and didn't even allow us to stay.

      It is always an unfortunate situation when we have to evict a guest from our property. This occurs when one of the hotel's policy is violated. We cannot tolerate unregistered occupants in guest rooms, nor when the number of occupants is more that who was accounted for at check in. This is explained at check in and the person who checked in verified that they understood the rules when they signed the registration. We understand your frustration that they led you to believe otherwise. The best way to avoid this in the future is for you to register for your own room and we will make sure you understand what the rules of the property are.
