Homewood Suites by Hilton Greenville

Rooms: The rooms are spacious, well appointed and clean. Plenty of room for the four of us and all of our luggage. Noteworthy details: The staff is WONDERFUL here! Jonathan and Jakasia were so positive and friendly. They both seem to truly enjoy their work. We had an issue with our reservation (that was OUR error) and before we could blink Jakasia said no problem-its been taken care of. Taking care of customers and going above and beyond seems to be the theme among the staff. Excellent customer service from every employee we interacted with. Southern hospitality at its finest!

Rooms are outstanding, and the location was great. It is time to stop blaming staff shortages. We arrived at 3:30 PM, my teammates room was ready, but mine was not. After waiting 2 hours, my room was still not ready. I had to go into the main hotel bathroom to change and get ready for an event. When we got back at 8:30 the room was finally ready.

Clean. Beautifully decorated. Friendly and supportive staff. I brought a large group of high schoolers, and my students were treated with the same respect as a paying adult. The rooms were spacious and clean. Definitely recommend. The only caveat was that it isnt walking distance to any retail or restaurants, however, its away from the highway which makes for a quiet nights sleep.

Rooms are decent enough. Problem was being awoken at 5 am on Saturday to an air handler on the roof having a malfunction and making a vibration down the wall the bed is up against. All day went by and no one said anything other than oh this has happened before. Mentioned I leave and then was offered a different room on a different floor. But I shouldn't have been the one to make that happen.
