I am the owner John and I am sorry to hear about your bad experience but this is the first I have heard of anthing about a delivery not being satisfactory. You could have given us a call and we could have tried to get down to the bottom of it because we sent out the freshest flowers in town and we have been doing so for 40 years. I'm sorry you weren't happy with your order if you would have just called in I'm sure we could have come to some agreement about maybe resending a few flowers or something along that lines. But you called the flowers ugly so I guess you just don't understand flowers cuz we have been doing it for 40 years. Sorry we couldn't be of more service to you John. Please feel free to give us a call anytime. That is the best way to take care of any delivery floral issues. Because one reminder flowers are live things sometimes they can look beautiful and fine and they have just something in them from where they grew that when they get out of our cooler they just start Wilting. We have had one or two customers over the years call about situations like that and we have rectified them. Thank you for your reply have a nice day John
