This medical facility didn't bother to send no notices of closing. I need my medical records and I am trying to call around about how to get access to my records.

This location is closed. I called both phone numbers listed on the website with no answer. Looking at the provider bios posted on the website, they were obviously copied from Forest Hills Immediate Care located in Wilson, NC. The bio for Axel L. Mercado, MPH, PA-C says, "Axel comes to Forest Hills Immediate Care with over 25 years of experience..." This lead me to contact Forest Hills Immediate Care and they confirmed that Health First is closed. It seems the owner did not bother to update the website or their listing with my insurance company. I am just looking for a primary care provider in Greenville, NC and websites like this look like they are operating some type of scam.

What's going on with the new owners!? They've been saying for several months that things will be rectified! I need my medical records and it has caused me to be behind on all my check ups and wellness care! I had a hard time finding a new doctor when all this took place due to doctor's not taking new patients! This place went down hill and lost it's morale when Health First took over! I wish the owners and staff from the original CEMA were still there smh. I want my medical records!!!

I am in total disappointment with this place, I have been a patient here for several years and the office closed down with no indication of that to any patients. I have medication needs that are life sustaining and I am not able to get them because the office phone is not working for the past 3 to 4 months. What am I to do, I have had to go ghe the ER several times because of my medical condition. I am at a point that I am looking for a new Doctor and I need my medical records...You all should be ashamed of your lack of communication to your patients, you could have at least sent out letters to inform people of the closing and/or changing of owners! Shame on you all!!!!
