Do Not I repeat Do not utilize this place for any of their services. I initially used this place for computer services I wanted viruses removed. On the first attempt the viruses were still attacking my computer when it was returned I asked for my money back and was denied the owner "Chris" I guess , assured me my computer would be fixed when my computer was returned it was in working condition however I am unable to connect any devices and my operating system has be reinstalled with a older version. Do not take your computer there he is false advertising he sends your computer off with a bootleg tech that works from home Do not utilize there services.

WISHING I COULD GIVE 1/2 POINT! I made an online reservation for a Uhaul 4 days in advance to pick up on a Saturday at 6:30pm. At 4:30pm, I called just for location. Thank God I did!!! I was told that there aren't any trucks if that's why I was calling. I told him I already had reservations. He took my name and said, "I'm sorry, we don't have that truck and gave me another number for ME to call to check availability". I called the # suggestion w/no answer and when I called Worldwide Wireless back to ask if they could look in their system to help me locate one, no answer on all 4 calls. They KNEW it was me calling back. They didn't want to deal with their mistake! It's now almost 5pm now, most places in town closed at 4pm and were closed on Sunday!!!! I found 1 place and was 10 minute late to rent and told him what happen and he went ahead and sold me a smaller one. This cost me the chaos of calling and driving around looking for other options w/no assistance from World Wide Wireless and in turn cost me more money because I had to pay for several trips with a smaller truck vs 1 trip in the 26 footer I reserved. This is NOT good business. I would have even appreciated a call earlier in the day to tell me of the "sudden" unavailability. I had to start moving that evening and what if I had just shown up at 6:30pm to pickup and there was nothing and other places closed til Monday?!!! PLEASE............Whatever you do..DO NOT rent from this place.... choose another location.
