As a person that has worked with D&L throughout 4 different regions (Charlotte, Raleigh, Richmond, and Greenville), I can honestly say that the Greenville location is my favorite, hands down Jenni is an absolute blessing, and has helped in every way possible to get me setup at this location, and she always makes sure that I am happy with the service, and that all of my needs are met. I literally know every single person in their store by first name. I highly recommend their services for any of your appliance parts and HVAC needs.

I was in desperate need for a start relay for my 15 year-old fridge. Tried shopping local, but no one carried the part I needed. Called and spoke with Vicki and had the most amazing customer service Ive seen in years. We were able to text pictures back and forth while on the phone and even though the part number didnt match what the computer said, she had seen the part that I needed in stock and she located it for me. I wasnt sure Id be able to make the 30 minute drive today to pick it up, but she made a note of what it was and where it was when/if Im able to pick it up. Great job! Thank you so much!

My cousin, Keauncey Williams recommended this place to me, so I visited the business for the first time on March 23, 2023 needing an element for my oven and a dryer belt. Both parts were in stock and I was very pleased with the service. The guy that checked me out was very nice and professional and I'll continue buying my parts from D & L Parts Company.

Make sure it's the right part. They have the wrong part listed on their computer. They will sell you the wrong part and refuse to take it back after you try install it. Go online and order from elsewhere to save yourself the hassle.
