I lived out at the Reserve on this property and I will say it was very nice. However, there has been times where my A/C had been broken for a week or more at a time and I wasn't compensated in any way. I wasn't given window units or some form of compensation during my time without A/C. The maintenance supervisor "Josh" was a great guy and always willing to help until he left. Ms. Lamb was also a great to work with and she was a great help when I had any issues on the property but she no longer works there either. Prior to me leaving in November of last year, the entire office staff was very rude and distasteful to the point where every time I needed something the office was either closed or I would be given the run round to the point where I would just give up. Since I moved in November of 2023, I haven't received my deposit as of February 29, 2024. With me knowing a large amount of medical staff, Fire, LEO, and etc members from the community....When they ask about the property, the only positive things I've had to say were in reference to Josh and Ms. Lamb. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone, especially with a property manager that will intentionally avoid you.

Teyon was absolutely amazing through the entire process. He made the stressful process of finding a place and moving a breeze. Throughout the entire process he was keeping us updated and was doing whatever he could to make it the easiest ever. The actual apartment is very nice and my dogs absolutely love the dog parks! Thank you so much Teyon for being such a great help!

These guys are so petty and wicked!, stayed there with my wife a couple of years ago. Payed everything out before we left and a couple years down the line they send us collection for a $100 bill which they did not disclose to us before we left. They did not even attempt to reach out to my wife and I at all for that matter, straight to collections... How petty can you be!!!. This has impacted our credit and we didnt even know where it came from!!! all of you guys need to be very careful with these guys!!! they are wicked THEIVES!!!
