I wish I can give this place an 0 no body picks up the phone during Business hours, at my appointment there I didnt feel like I was heard. There is a lot more I can go on with these people do NOT go here

I have called since October to make an appointment for an ultrasound, but I can't make an appointment, because no one will answer the phone in the office. I have left several messages, asking them to just leave me a message and just give me an appointment date, since no one will answer the phone! They'll call me back, telling me to call back and make an appointment. How is this possible, when no one will answer the phone!

Ive never been treated so condescendingly or rudely from a medical office. I got lab results back that I needed another procedure for and they never called me even when I asked for 2 call backs and sent 2 messages. When I called at almost 4 bc I saw a message in my chart that was a copy and paste message I was livid. I told the receptionist Id be switching practices and she said ok that sounds good, have a good day and hung up. DO NOT GO HERE!

I was referred here by my primary doctor. Im sitting in the lobby while ive watched 4 people who have came in after me go back. Keep in mind i was 10 mins early for my appointment and yet its 25 mintues past my appointment. This was a rescheduled from my last appointment since the doctor stated he couldnt remove my birthcontrol because he just didnt have the time. So unprofessional. Ill be having my pcp give me a referral to a more professional place. Im missing work and have to go back. This is wasted time.
