        Aerie has always been one of my favorites! However, I just left Aerie at the Friendly shopping center & will never be back. There was absolutely no greetings, interactions or support from neither of the two women working today. The absolute worse customer service Ive witnessed. Honestly, just rude. Management may want to rethink who they have in this store before they lose more customers like myself.

        Absolutely hands down terrible customer service. Not one word exchanged between us the PAYING customers and the employees. Never knew that working in customer service meant to not engage with people who walk in the door of the establishment when there is hardly anyone else in the store. Makes you feel unwelcome and a bother for even entering the door.
