      image I purchased 6 keys. They did not work. You can see where it did not cut properly. Lowes will not return them so Im out my money and still dont have keys.

      image This experience was my first with M.K. Once I worked thru the questions asked by the kiosk, I had my keys. Tried the keys in the locks that evening. No issues. Will definitely use this method again.

      image They are rude!!!!! The technicians did show up at the time they said they would arrive. I guess because he figured I was black I couldn't pay the fee to have my door unlocked. The tech repeated the price twice and I informed him as long as he could take a credit card it would be no problem. Dont waste your time calling them!!!
