If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. Company was contract to deliver a shed from Costco. The dropped it off in front of my garage in the rain and in front of my car that is parked in the garage. After calling customer service I was told the driver refused to return to move the item. I am trying to get to work and now have no way to do that because of the laziness and lack of customer care from this company. To get it to my porch would have been an extra 10-15 ft of walking.I will never place another order from Costco Online if this is the terrible service that will be provided.

Clean Facility. Kind ppl. The Business Park Sign seemed a little weird because it said Hood Center lol. But its all good. Great Facility.

Ordered a dryer from Costco for my 70 year old mother. This company was contacted to install the dryer. When they arrived 30 days after my order they told my mother they would not install the dryer because the washing machine was beside it in the laundry room. They wouldn't allow me to unhook and move it for them, they didn't have 3 minutes to wait, it took longer for them to unload the dryer today than it did for me to move the washer. They made a 70 year old woman wait a month and a week to wash clothes because they are lazy. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
