Pamela McCormick planned a wonderful last minute trip for us! She planned a Universal Studios get away where we stayed at Cabana Bay Resort. The resort had everything we needed to rest, relax and have fun. We especially enjoyed the comfy rooms, lazy river and yummy drinks! All of our meals at City Walk were delicious too. Pamela took care of ordering our park tickets which were easy to pick up at the hotel. We had plenty of time to ride all our favorite rides by purchasing express passes. I would encourage anyone to use Pamela for a quick and pleasant planning experience.

We had an amazing trip to Universal Studios this summer! Thank you Pamela McCormick at Rozendah for planning an amazing trip. Pamela planned it all for us, all we had to tell her was what we wanted to do on our trip. She listened to what we hoped to do on our stay and our budget and came up with several options for us to review, complete with video tours of all our choices. All we had to do was choose our adventure. Our stay at the fabulous Cabana Bay with its beautiful rooms and wonderful ammenities was perfect for my entire family! Finding a place for two 18 year old boys to enjoy can be a challenge and the place was perfection. Its location and easy access to both the shuttle and Volcano Bay made this place ideal for our stay. Pamela also found us the best deals on our park to park tickets, with express passes. The early entry into the parks was key to being able to hit the newest rides, Hagrid and Velociraptor without spending hours in line. If you are planning a trip, please let Pamela assist you in your planning. You will not be disappointed! This was the most relaxed family trip we have ever taken, with nothing to worry about as it was planned perfectly for us. We spent our week just enjoying quality time together.

If youre looking at Disney or Universal Studios for your next trip, Pamela McCormick at Rozendah is your gal! She did all the heavy lifting and made sure we had the perfect, stress-free vacation. Shes the most knowledgeable when it comes to finding resorts in your price range, navigating park reservations, and suggesting the best spots for dining. She even helped us get synced up on the Disney app so that everything was smooth sailing! A few days before our trip, Pam provided us with helpful hints for using Genie+ (the new Fastpass system) for attractions, which was great since many of us hadnt been to the parks in years. Most of all though, she is FUN to work with!! Her enthusiasm and passion for Disney adventures brought so much energy to our planning process. Thank you, Pam!! She helped us book our stay at the Gran Destino Tower at Disney's Coronado Springs, and it was gorgeous! Tons of wonderful restaurants and bars to visit on property, and we had just as much fun visiting Hollywood Studios and Galaxy's Edge!
