I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Mavis Tire and Brakes. A few weeks ago, I brought my Subaru in for a new tire and oil change, and I was blown away by the exceptional service I received. Not only did they perform the services I needed quickly and efficiently, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the results. What really impressed me was the fact that they offered oil changes, something I didn't even know they did. The staff, especially the manager Jarrett, were incredibly helpful, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. And to top it off, they gave me an unbeatable price that I couldn't find anywhere else. So when it came time to bring my mom's car in today, I knew I could trust Mavis Tire and Brakes without hesitation. Once again, Jarrett provided me with a great deal, reinforcing my confidence in their services. I am proud to say that I am now a loyal customer of this location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION TO GET ANY WORK DONE ON YOUR VEHICLE!! THEY UNFORTUNATELY HAVE VERY INCOMPETENT STAFF AND MECHANICS! I WENT TO GET SEVERAL THINGS FIXED, INCLUDING PUTTING ON MY TIRES, THAT I KNEW WHAT I BROUGHT IN HAD A SCREW IN IT! THEY PUT MY TIRES ON AND DID NOT EVEN LOOK FOR THE SCREW! WHEN I LEFT OVER 6 HOURS LATER, THEY TOLD ME EVERYTHING WAS FIXED.. IT WAS NOT! BROUGHT IT BACK AFTER MY TIRE ACTUALLY WENT FLAT BECAUSE OF THE SCREW THAT WAS IN IT, WHICH IS VERY INCONVENIENT AND RUDE, WHEN THINGS ARE NOT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! THEY DID END UP DISCOUNTING ME, BUT STILL CHARGING ME.... WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY THAT A COMPETENT PERSON MISSES A GIANT SCREW IN A TIRE. AGAIN, I WAS AWARE OF THE SCREW AND ASKED IT TO BE PATCHED UP SEVERAL TIMES ON THE FIRST DAY. I ENDED UP HAVING TO CALL CORPORATE TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS LOCATION WAS FILED. AGAIN HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND HOPEFULLY THEY WILL HAVE MORE COMPETENT MECHANICS.
