SCAMMERS ***Husband took his vehicle for two rear tires they did damage to the front bumper because they were careless. Josh attempted to epoxy bumper back on didnt work so they made a claim. Long story short they have refused to pay not only our claim but many claims from damage they have caused. They will rip you off. They have stolen the tire caps that tell you whether your air pressure is good or not off a previous vehicle of mine. Will never go back there! Only went there cause we had good service at a location in Texas. Anybody know a good tire shop cause Im never coming back here again?!?

DON'T GO HERE! Arrived at Greensboro location to have both rear tires replaced. I observed the tire tech back off the lift in my Hyundai Equus in a quick manner and heard a loud bang as my front bumper dragged, I immediately went outside and observed damage to my front bumper. I spoke with Josh, the manager and he agreed that the tech should have waited until the air suspension lifted before backing so quickly.I returned the following day to have the manager, Josh fix the damage. He was unsuccessful at fixing the damage and filed a claim to get my car fixed with their insurance company. I'd like to say that we had nothing but the run around with their insurance company, but I have been able to speak to their adjuster and get the same generic email that answers none of my questions. After reading reviews for not only the insurance but this location of Discount Tire, I have ended up filing a claim with my insurance on the advice of an attorney. I now may have to pay a $500 deductible along with the price of my tires, the headaches of a rental car, more wear and tear on my vehicle all because of damage that was caused by one of their employees being careless with my vehicle. I am also inquiring about additional legal action or getting a News station involved. They made it seem that they would be trying to help me by contacting me through this post. It was only a link to a survey and nobody has contacted me. Went to go get my estimate on my car and apparently they had called the repair shop to say they would not be paying for the damage to our vehicle. The repair shop said they had caused damage to several vehicles in the past few months and had not paid a dime for any of it. Had to go through my insurance to get it fixed and trying to decide what can be given up since that $500 wasn't in our budget. WORST COMPANY EVER!

Came in having a rough day short on time with a flat tire. They took care of me and got me in and out of there with no charge. Thanks guys
