        I arranged online to pick up my countertop and was confirmed that it was ready. I went by there, last night and they had no one to load it. Tried to call today, (I was instructed to do so), and no one will pick-up the phone. Lesson learned, I will not darken their doors again.

        Nice store, with friendly staff, but I had an issue with the stores manager I was told by the name of Alex. She was very dismissive of my issue, and did not take the time to understand my problem, she gave me a bad attitude after having to repeat herself when I tried to get her to understand my problem, in front of my children and overall not in a professional manner. After the encounter she talked about it with another floor and decor associate, laughing about what had just happened as if I couldnt overhear what was going on. Im very upset!! because I spend a lot of money at this store every month and I send everyone here. I was treated so horribly. From someone with high responsibilities and leadership I expected more and was let down. 0 stars on customer service but they have amazing products.
