DO NOT schedule a donation pick-up online or otherwise from this location they are HORRIBLE. I had scheduled a donation pick-up on Feb 15th for a few large items that I need to get rid of..No one showed up. I received a call from them saying that they need to reschedule because of the truck, understandable unless they were lying..No problem, I reschedule for Feb 24th..Guess what?? No one showed up and no phone call either this time. So I called them and it went straight to voicemail, stating someone will get back with you within 24hrs for donation inquiries..Guess what?? No phone call...I don't know what kind of operations these people got going on over there, but I will not contact them again for any donation pick-up service. I suggest you find someone else for your donation pick-up needs...VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I used to love this store years ago things were priced reasonably. I went there today a wow have the prices increased for used donated items . I also went to look for dresser knobs and I ended up leaving because knobs wasnt even organized and was hard to look through to find matches .

As a contractor who regularly buys from half a dozen suppliers and spends many hours in Home Depot, Lowes, etc, I cannot understand who or what does the pricing. Many items although broke down and missing parts are priced at least 20% higher than when sold new at retail locations. I understand our country is experiencing an IQ reduction and gen z is basically the first special needs mentally handicapped generation however pricing these donated worn out used items should not result in trying to sell for 20%plus higher than new retail. Please teach the. people that price items how. the world works...

I was there today with friends pleasant visit friendly customer service I wasn't there to buy anything but my friends found what they wanted met a very nice delivery man store has lot's to chose from enjoyed the visit
