My time in Dr Bowers office was very pleasant. Charity, the receptionist, and Kim, the nurse, were relaxed and friendly. I felt relaxed too. Dr Bowers seemed willing to give me all day as he explained my issue and its treatment.

Dr Bowers was very comfortable to answer my concerns along with his staff. Any of my phone calls answered quickly. Great surgeon. Results & surgery better than I expected. Would highly recommend. Very personable & professional. Thankful

I have been very pleased on the outcome of my last 3 surgeries. Dr. Bowers tries his best to perfectly exam the area and works very well to try to make the scars as unnoticeable as possible. He is a very kind, and logical man The staff is as sweet as they can be, and works with you as much they can. I highly recommend them, and thank them for their great customer service, as well as Dr. Bowers concern, and the heart and focus he takes into every surgery.

Front desk staff is unbelievably rude & disorganized. If you dont wish to have your booked appointments cancelled weeks out from the day of appointment, be sure to bring a crayon to write your email address and contact info. After two minor appointments (one a consult) it became obvious this doctor was purposely avoiding sending a repeatedly promised treatment plan for a reconstruction surgery. His desk manager named "Angie," told us after 3 months of waiting, she does not send emails with treatment plans. She "prefers leaving them on voicemails." As a business owner, this is an non secure & irresponsible method. Messafes don't always record & in her case, assuming her story is true, she called a number & left messages- except, she was specifically told that number does not record vms - and was given TWO other numbers plus email. Upon calling the office to inquire about an upcoming appointment- Angie boasted that she had cancelled it. Seeming quite gleeful about this, we asked why we weren't notified. She began her answer verbatim "I'm gonna paint you a real clear picture that even you can understand ok?" At this point, shocked, I put my phone on speaker & took a video of the entire conversation using my work phone. I feel its best for all potential clients to hear exactly how this Angie woman speaks to & treats clients who have been receiving services long before her employment at this facility. Her behavior overshadows the unfortunate incompetence of Mr. Bowers himself. 10 years ago things were different. Perhaps its time for Bowers to retire and find a more pleasant "desk manager," than this Angie woman. Reading all the reviews, I found it interesting that the area of lowest rating when applicable, is "politeness of office staff." The second lowest area ranked was "bedside manner," tied with "dr spent time with me." There are many surgeon's with better everything. I highly recommend avoiding this disaster & chancing even one run in with the angriest "desk manager," on earth. Ill be posting the office call I videod on my Facebook & Twitter accounts. See what you're avoiding , please. Hear how Angie speaks to patients. Then, decide if you want the doctor who condones this to have even one cent of your hard earned money.
