Utterly shocked at how the team/management is here at this location. My husband and I went in to purchase ammo and shorts with the season changing. Because of bo jiden everything is mad expensive so every discount/dollar counts! Like always, we search up to see if theres a discount code/from app/email sign-up. And there is! The girl at the cashier rang up our stuff and didnt give us the time of day to check on our text that was coming through.. she proceeded to say your holding up the line and asked for our payment. AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW? we walk out the store and here is the text for 10% off. So my husband goes in just like we have at target or anywhere else that we receive a code.. and politely ask to put in the code and refund the discounted amount. What do they do? They make a spectacle about we cant apply this on ammo because you cant return ammo. (At what point did we want to return anything?) we didnt! All we wanted was our discount that came to our text/email and thats the least that the store can do especially when your total is $400. And isnt that the point when you sign up for these things, take the time to go through the steps, and try to get little discounts here and there!?! I am appalled at how one the staff applies little to no customer service. Two, lie and make up an excuse because they didnt want to do their job. There was no clause or anything stating what we were asking for could not be done. Because of the bad experience and taste I my mouth we will a seriously ONLY buy online from now.
