I have been at this store multiple times in the last year and Ive noticed that the common denominator is management. The manager in the store is very disrespectful and treats her employees like trash. She comes off as a bully and demands certain things from them that me as a customer wouldnt ask out of an employee of an establishment nor should management. While also being her phone like she doesnt have to do the same job as her employeesI usually dont mention this but I felt bad for the employees and I noticed that this happened on more than one occasion. Her name is Michelle. From what I remember, I would say avoid this location of Rack Room Shoes because theres no hospitality what so ever when it comes to management but the cashiers were very friendly and helpful when they had the time.

I dont usually give bad reviews because I believe stores just have their moments but this is needs to be talked about! I came in the store the other day and was just looking around, I wasnt really looking for anything specific just more so looking .. I usually mind my business when it comes to managers running there store but this person in particular was just awfully demanding and disrespectful towards her associates. I tried getting her name and she was moving so fast but I did get a glimpse of her name tag .. I believe her name was Michelle or Mitchell but Im sure it had to be Michelle .. some of what I experienced was like simple things she could do she was just demanding her associates to do and theres nothing completely wrong with that but its how it was said that threw me completely off .. it was like in a disgusting attitude and I didnt like that at all .. like I said before I believe stores just be having their off days and all but she mustve either had a VERY bad day or thats just how she is as a person .. definitely need new management!
