Store manager and staff there is the worst I have seen first time ordering there 1st of year had my packages ship to store. I had been trying to follow package updates thru Carrier because every time I call store the phone just rang no one ever answered so I waited got a message one day that the package was there and To call if I wanted immediately call back several times through out that day and the next throughout the weekend to let them know I wanted package and when I would be able to come pickup No one answered or returned my call out of concern call the store in Winston they immediately picked up told them have been unable to contact store they said they would call and see if they could get a answer and have them call me when I finally got someone to talk to the manager who answered said o our lines were working today. I ask but what another days I called I didnt get an answer she said she saw someone call me the day before I have no missed calls. Very nasty will not ever shop with this store at friendly the corporate store in Winston response time was great and helpful but I canceled the purchase at that store I really wanted because I refuse to deal with management and staff that dont want to work. The manager at the friendly store said oh we the busiest store in the state so thats why we cant answer all the time. What a poor answer for a potential customer. Customer service is a issue at this store the hours say they open at 8 so at 8 am you got a line full of people in January and holidays are over because I was call during the hours of 8 and closing several days if that busy then I am sure there are plenty applicants waiting for you to call back looking for a job thats no excuse. If you need help hire someone.

Nice store. Great location. Staff was very attentive and helpful. I didn't care for the parking available as I found the area congested and the actual spaces small.

Ship to store is faster NOT. Told to be patient due to holiday shipping while another order ordered on Monday is there. I tried to save my 12.99 shipping all I get is frustrating customer service. Can't cancel order at store can just come get what I ordered from store. Just bad customer service . It's only been six days really it was est to be there on 12/13 today is 15th and now more wait time. I hope it's here by Christmas that's will be 14 business days
