Its so great to find a place that is willing to go above and beyond to help a customer, especially in a business when deadlines are hard and fast, and time is tight. Dylan was willing to do whatever it would take to help my team out, right up to the last minute they were open, and he was friendly and understanding.

The place was crowded with people making copies at the machines and Cody was helping a lady with a really large package. He was able to multi-tasking that, helping with copy questions, and came over to take my package and give me a receipt so I didn't have to wait. He did all this with a smile. I'm in this store 3-4 times a week and Cody always greets me with a smile. I rarely have to wait. This is by far the best FedEx store I visit. Thank you for hiring such efficient and courteous staff. It's much appreciated by this customer.

Another easy, fast visit to this FedEx Kinkos.  Charlie and Paula are exceptionally friendly and helpful.  I am lost when it comes to technology.  Charlie has helped me with the using the computer, printing, and a difficult laminating job.  He also taught me how to make copies and use the FAX machine. He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient with me and very kind. Paula was also very friendly and helpful.  They both make me feel like I am a valued customer (which sadly is not always the case at FedEx).  I very much appreciate it and try to time my visits when I think they will be there. As an older customer, it is embarrassing to admit I can't do simple technology but Charlie explains things in a way I can easy understand and never makes me feel like I'm a bother. I used to avoid FedEx if I could, but Charlie and  now new employee Paula have made me a fan.  Thanks!
