I had damage to my roof from a storm and called up Baker Roofing. They sent out Joe Claffee to access the damage and scope out the work. Joe was honest, personable, and knowledgeable. Atypical to industry standards, Joe did not try convince me my entire roof should be replaced. He was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process simple. Two days later, the Project Manager, Mason Carrera and 2 other employees were on my roof. Mason was a professional, the work was done exceptionally and the job site looked exactly how it was when his team arrived. Overall, I highly recommend Baker Roofing and will personally be requesting Joe and Mason if I ever need roof repairs again.

My church had the main roof of our sanctuary redone and then a small rubber roof replaced. Baker Roofing was fantastic and it looks beautiful! From the beginning the job with Joe Claffee and then Chris Hall, this project was a great experience. . The customer service was beyond stellar. The quality of the job and clean up was impressive. Both Joe and Chris communicated as to time and the process. I would recommend this company, they were fair in pricing, they truly strive to give you a job well done, and will be trust worthy even after the job is complete. Best workmanship warranty out there.

I had a number of companies inspect my roof and Joe Claffee was the most professional, low pressure, factual salesperson providing a proposal. As I considered my options Joe came back to meet and answer additional questions rather than emailing. Chris Hall checked in prior to the scheduled work to confirm the date and answer any questions. He was on site during the work as was Joe and inspected the finished product and ensured the site was clean before leaving.
