image The level of unprofessionalism of this company is unmatched. We had a rental house roof, ceiling, and walls replaced in our first project together. It went well, I was happy with the workmanship. This first positive experience led us to us them for a much larger project that went horribly. We met with the foreman to plan the project. He understood what we needed. I met with 2 more of his workers separately so they could quote their boss pricing, color choice, floor color choice etc. These choices were made and set. I personally confirmed via text February 21st, at 11:06am the project would begin tomorrow at 8am, Brady confirmed. The next day comes no one shows up, no communication. This project is for my business, we had a whole building shut down for this project costing tons of money each day for the delay. The main office has no idea about my project and no one gets in contact with us till later that afternoon. If the project had been set the day before for everyone to show up, why did no one come? They said there was a cell phone outage and it would begin the next day. Then the foreman says he is sending "one of his guy" to make sure they had all the materials that day. Why didn't we have the materials already though if the project was supposed to have started the previous morning? He was not "one of the guys" he was brand new flooring guy who knew nothing of my project or its ramifications. I had to chose my floor color again, they did not have the original floor color available from this vendor. The foreman tried to play it off as it was the same, they were not. I had all the cards from contractors they were using. I was managing my entire own project at this point. I did not get what I wanted but at this point I have started the project and need to finish. Workers are showing up with no idea what to do and I am now the Forman of my project instead of them. There is no one leading them. The workers were messy, paint, epoxy all over the outside of the building and on my turf grass. The biggest issue was no one spoke English as I could not communicate correctly. I had to get my husband home from work to speak to everyone as he speaks Spanish. The lack of organization was appalling. They finally start the project the workmanship is awful. The workers tried their best with little to no supervision or direction from anyone. There is paint everywhere on the floors, door framing, ceiling, parts of the walls not even painted and big gobs of paint just sitting on the new floor. The flooring is bubbling and coming apart. My friends and I could have done a better job. They attempted to fix the painting and floors on a later date. They looked acceptable for a week and have completely fallen apart again. After hiring new contractors it has come and remedy the issues. It came to my attention they did not research the products needed for this project. The most likely got the cheapest possible not taking into account what the project needed. I am repaying contractors to come redo the entire project again. The level of disorganization, unprofessionalism and poor workmanship I cannot recommended this company to anyone. The are not honest about what they can do and how they handle things.

Business Response on Google Apr 10th, 2024
Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. You are correct that there was a scheduling/delivery miscommunication. However, it was immediately addressed and resolved. At the final walk through, your husband approved of all work completed and was pleased with the services provided to you. Only after several weeks have passed and we have attempted multiple times to collect payment from you are we now being made aware of your concerns. Customer Service is our number one priority and had we been given the opportunity to correct any issues, that would have been handled immediately. You are aware that in an attempt to continue to provide you with customer service, your account has been adjusted accordingly to offset our ability to resolve issues we were not made aware of in a timely manner. Our team member has reached out to you multiple times since the final approved walk through with no response from you. Rescue appreciates your feedback but please understand that after your husband’s approval at the walk through that your job was considered completed.

image My realtor suggested Roofing Construction Specialist for an aging roof on my home in Clemmons, NC. Blake came out quickly and performed a detail look at the roof. He explained all issues he found in a professional manner and priced the repairs in a fair quote. His installation crews were also very professional and very thorough and cleaned up the worksite. He followed up on the installation to make sure i was happy with the work performed. I would recommend his company to anyone wanting roofing replacement.

image They are shady, please be careful. Smooth talking when it comes to roofing. I won't waste your time, do your research on this company and check their bbb complaints. I got lucky and talked to 2 employees, scary how they get away what they do. You realize roofing company does not need a business license. Ask for insurance coverage should one of their people get hurt. Verify their insurance and realize a copy of insurance coverage does not mean they are cover, Verify with their insurance. Just check bbb. You are paying a lot for a roof, do your research. Remember they been doing this for a while and know how to talk, you know like a car sales person. Be careful people.

image My name is Ms. Gilliam and I am from NY. My mother past last Feb. 26 to cancer and it has been very difficult for me and my sister. Trying to handle her affairs and our own from such a distance has been very overwhelming. Her house was in need of a new roof and we did not know where to go or what we should do being that we were not from NC. My mothers neighbor referred us to Rescue Roofing. Who we spoke to a young man name Blake. He meet us at the house. Did all the paperwork, dealt with our insurance co and meet with the adjuster. All this without us being in NC. The company was very pleasant and understanding to our situation and grievance during the passing of our mother.I have never dealt with a company who truly cares about the service they give and treats you truly like family. Till this day Blake calls me to check on me and my family still. I highly recommend this company. Not only do you get professional and good service with a beautiful new roof. You walk away with a New Family too. Just one call and you will see what I am talking about. Sincerely Ms. G Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
