I'm concerned about the space my mom has she doesn't have much room because her roommate has a big recliner taking up a lot of space I will be talking to upper management soon

Despite the building being old and outdated, initially, I was rather impressed with every interaction observed among staff and the quality of care received. However, over time I noticed that the effectiveness in communication by the direct and indirect patient care staff grew untimely and inadequate. For example, I was contacted numerous times that my mother fell and was unscathed at any given hour. I was also contacted each week by the wound care nurse who was notably very pleasant, knowledgeable and prudent. However, I was rarely, if ever, contacted by anyone else, including the NP, about any significant changes in care or clinical findings. I had to solicit the majority of any/all medical updates and concerns through the wound care nurse as she was the only consistent form of communication. Undoubtably, the ball was dropped numerous times in the continuity of care during her four month residency at this facility.
