        Throughout my time here at WhiteStone, I have been able to form meaningful relationships with the residents that provide a significant impact to my overall well-being. The residents always bring a smile to my face!

        The residents appreciate and love and respect you, well a great percentage of them do. I am glad to have met them and will keep in touch with them all. Some the best people God has blessed me with. You will deal with some of the newer residents that treat you like a slave in the 1700's, and love calling you girl/boy when speaking to the black staff members. I am rating it a 1 because of the horrible way the management team deals with the employees. They don't appreciate hard workers and will never assist you when short staffed. The back hallway, in the main dining room, is filling up with mold/mildew (its even growing on the ceiling in the private dining hall). The back hallway leads to an older building and leaks whenever it rains; that's where the manager/director store stock and products used for the kitchen and packaging food for residents. And when brought to the Food and Beverage director's attention he said he would put in a work order, but I found out he never did and they would relocate the products to a storage room in another building, but never did. He is the worst person to be in such a high position at Whitestone. He truly doesn't care about anything but a paycheck. I would NOT want anyone to move into Whitestone. Please be aware if you live there.

        The maintenance department at Whitestone is so professional and so friendly Each time I have a work request they respond so quickly Andrea and Abi are the two that have helped me lately but all of them are very helpful and get the job done right Thank you for such a great job and great attitude
