I have used many property management companies to manage my rentals. I haven't come across a single that can match HomeCo. Peggy is amazing. She is genuine and truly cares for not only the property owners but also the tenants. She gives it a personal touch. HomeCo is a gem in an industry that generally has bad reputation.

Peggy and staff have been managing two of my rental properties in Greensboro for many years. Words cannot express the excellent service I have received over the years. She takes care of everything as if the properties belong to her. It is very easy to get in touch with her and her staff. She always keep me updated. She is very professional yet approachable and friendly. Love working with Peggy over the years.
