I wish I had saw the reviews before I got involved. Property management are really bad liars. no one comes out to fix anything. My family has been inconvenienced on several occasions due to the lies. I had to beg the property manager to come out to actually see what my family was experiencing. Here is the kicker, the property manager, when asked has she ever been to this property, she said no. The house should have been condemned. It was uninhabitable. she immediately condemned it. The house was literally falling into the ground. If you know anyone seeking to rent, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!

The Company had very little leeway with the owners of the property. The rent we were paying was $2200 when we left. Never could get repairs done by the management company unless approved by owner and that was always a problem. The owner always wanted to try and figure out how the repairs needed would be the tenants fault. After leasing for 2.5 years we decided to leave. He now has a judgement stating that we owe him $2200 after he has kept our deposit. Triad Properties has apologized profusely because of the Owner. We now have to pay an attorney to have this issue resolved. My suggestion.....FIND ANOTHER RENTAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY!
