I had been speaking with an Amy several times this week about touring three different properties. On Wednesday we agreed upon Thursday at 3pm and I was told to meet at a listed property address. Todays Thursday, I get to the property at 2:59pm, wait until 3:03pm before I call the office to see why no ones arrived yet. They tell me that they dont have it whatever thats supposed to mean. Im then told that the tour was scheduled for next week when nothing about other weeks was ever discussed. A walking red flag if Ive ever seen one and safe to say I will not be leasing with this company.

This lady is a complete scam artist! People please take these reviews seriously because one thing for sure she won't give you your deposit back for no reason(s) at all. She'll make it out to be as if it's your fault the property is in the shape it's in. She bandage up the mess of property then does nothing about it. Do not rent from Chaney! SLUMLORD is what it is.

The properties I toured were old and the one I stayed in my last year of college had horrible insulation so bills were high especially when trying to stay cool in the warmer months. I had a broken window pane the day I moved in and was told they would fix it soon, fast forward roughly 8 months at 8am on a Saturday they finally come around. Its not horrible but I wouldn't live there for more than a year and even that's pushing it, the properties are old, maintenance is either on it immediately or will ignore you and the landlords can be condescending and just feel like they take advantage of college students who don't know any better. The only positives from my experience were that it was cheap and close to my college campus which was better than a commute and a parking pass.
