If I could give no stars I would. I was referred over a year ago to this practice. I didn't receive a call until 2 weeks ago and was told it was there fault for not calling me sooner. I'm sick with bronchitis and I called to reschedule my appointment and was told that I couldn't because of my insurance. This is one of the reasons people don't go to therapy. I'm highly disgusted. Where is the policy for having circumstances for this type of issue?? I'm definitely not going to seek help from this place ever again. They dropped the ball but I'm being punished for being sick. Definitely a NO review!!!!

The worst. The psych doctor's job is to prescribe medication. They didn't. She asked my husband if he wanted something. That's her job to tell him what might work, not for him to tell her! Them the therapist he went to ended his session 15 minutes early! If I'm paying for 60 minutes, I want 60 minutes! Just no!

You can't get follow up appointments, get in contact with your provider, and the only way to speak with a human being is to go there in person. No one answers the phone and the phone tree dead ends into being hung up on every time. Want to see a counselor? Sure! Next appointment? We can fit you in again in 3-4 months, will that work? How is any of this good patient care?

I had my first appointment and I really feel as I made a good decision with someone professional to work with. I enjoyed meeting my PA, Kara. She was very nice and helpful. Thank you.

The front desk, particularly the older person (shes no lady) with glasses who sits on the right, is beyond rude! And for no apparent reason, not to everyone, but everytime I bought my daughter, I was either ignored while waiting to check in, eyed up and down or talk to in a rude tone. There is another younger woman who was always nice and greets you with a smile. But the miserable older person (shes no lady) needs to be replaced! She is a terrible representation of the business.
