Please go literally anywhere else in Greensboro before coming here. The psychiatrists dont listen, and when they do it takes ages for anything to happen. I was told that my psychiatrist could write me an ESA letter and I gave him the requirements that my university has for the ESA letters and he did not include one thing that I needed in that letter, not to mention I got it TWO MONTHS after he said he would send it. It took him two months to write three sentences. He constantly forgets to send in my refills and I keep running out of medication. The nurses and receptionists are also incredibly rude. I havent had a single good experience at this place.

They discard patients like trash. Then blackball the patients of a retired Dr. and send the word out to other places to not accept those patients. They dont take the individual person or their needs into account but judge them base on a Dr. and things not even related to the individual in need of service almost a year later.I ended up with Dr. P (awesome caring ) b/c Dr. A was judgmental and the staff messed up multiple appointments so they use that against you. Office staff is a bit difficult and not helpful.

I have been turned away from getting help since I was 19 (now 21) for my extreme panic attacks. Every place Ive went to have not taken me serious until I came here. The staff were so sweet, helpful, and compassionate. They also set me up with medication to help with my panic attacks until I get a regular therapist which they gave me a big list of resources to call that is more convenient for my area.
