Okay- So this is an update! They did call me and talk me through setting up a bank draft online. The software isn't 100% intuitive IMO, but SAP didn't build the software. The team has been helpful in getting the issue solved for me and didn't point out my 'user error' in not seeing an option that doesn't easily show on user interface - when they easily could have done so after the heck I raised ... so that is quite professional. NEXT STEP: hopefully we can actually use the pool this summer, too!

Very hard to deal with, Zero accountability. Since changing the name a new property manager has taken over. Thing are looking up, but a long way to go.

Want to pay your HOA? Good luck. This company will not let you. Moved into a new house and got 0 information from this so called company. Reached out to them for weeks to no avail. Then they send me a bill with late fees.

This place is ridiculous. My fiance and I never received a welcome package and never knew we even had an HOA until someone in the neighborhood on the committee told me we were behind on payments. We thought it was included in the mortgage. When I tried setting up an account online it told me my address was invalid. I tried contacting them many times but no one ever answers the phone. When I was finally able to set up the account I received a letter from them charging me late fees. I tried contacting them again to discuss about the fees but again no one picked up. Now I cant go into my account online to pay and Ive tried resetting my password but it wont send me an email to reset it. Tried contacting them through phone and email but again no response. This place is a joke.
