I had an emergency electrical maintenance issue and the gentleman Aaron that came out relatively quickly was absolutely amazing. He was kind and understanding to my issue at hand. He found the issue and fixed it along with a couple of other things that would've been a problem later. He was very professional and is an extremely hard worker. It's 9 at night and he's been here for an hour and a half making sure the problem is fixed completely. Thank you Presidia for sending him.

Brianna Witherspoon has been great to work with. She is serious about the property in which I live..keeping up the integrity addressing the noise, cleanliness and safety of the tenants. She communicates with us and this is what our property needed! Thank you

I'm a bit disturbed. When I first saw the apartment I liked. I didn't realize what I was getting myself into until I moved my furniture in here. The whole apartment is leaning to the right (when you walk in, it shows). Especially if you look at my table. You'll see it's slanted. Ground is probably sinking underneath. It's not fact, nothing to back what I'm saying. I'm just observing. It's probably why the property was sold or they change the name. I don't know. Since I've been here twice my closet has fallen down. It's not holding up my clothes and bags. I had to buy a holding rack for some of my belongings. So now the refrigerator won't close. It's also is on a slant/tilt. Here I I'm buying things to not have my items sliding or slanting. This is beyond irritating. If someone would've told me I was getting the fun apartment. Maybe I could see the joke in it and maybe the rent should be lowered. However no one said anything, they just take your money and say I hope you enjoy it not enjoying it. Oh boy, my lease is not up until next October. Y'all pray for me Let me apologize I must say that the prior company TE Johnson owned this property when I moved in here. And yes, I did do a walk-through, but again you cannot tell the level of the apartment with no furniture in it. And I appreciate the fact that you suggested we talk about me moving to a different apartment. However, I'm going to ride it out until my lease is up because all my furniture is in here. Things are on the wall. I'm not doing that again until it's time to leave but I do. thank you. Again, I do apologize for not mentioning that it was the previous owners that read this property to me however, you should be aware because it is your property now thankful to have a place but yes a little bothered still but again I appreciate your response. Thank you.

Google review Presidia Asset Management has been an absolute wonder to work for. While Ive only been with the company a short time, Ive soon come to learn how supportive the whole team is. Gina has been one of the kindest and most caring bosses Ive had the pleasure of working with; she truly consideres her employees and looks out for their best interest. (The company activities are a huge bonus!) They truly do care about their clients, tenants, and the work they put in. Theyre constantly striving for continuous improvement and growth while still being attentive. This is the kind of place that feels like family, but the kind you actually want to spend Thanksgiving with.
