Apparently does not guide board in right direction per bylaws. Allows board president what appears to be a dictatorship of the board based on answers at meeting. Allows board president to openly harass renters and brag about it therfore opening the homeowners to lawsuits for harassment.

I have been living in reedy fork for 12 years never had a problem until 2 years ago they started to fine me for a 2 foot wide strip of grass behind my gate which for the previous 10 years I never had cut and was never fined...and then as the fines started to build up they sent me to a lawyer... when I get to the lawyer I pay them $1000 the lawyer says that your bill is almost $1200 but most of it is fines and that they would talk to the HOA

As a realtor, so many HOAs are unresponsive and difficult to work with to complete a transaction involving the HOA. Not Slatter. Working with Slatter, especially Mary Giddings, is a pleasure. Always responsive. Always helpful. Always professional. The HOA clients I know who work with Slatter are also happy. Some HOAs deserve the negative they receive. My experience shows Slatter isn't one of them.

I have had very good results when asking questions, getting answers timely. Very helpful - Jacqueline Peatross-Young - has made my job easier because of how well she does hers. Slatter Management is outstanding.
