        The process to rent was easy. I did everything online. The only bad thing is there are some hidden fees (ersonally I like to know how much I'm am expected to pay upfront, no nonsense). It's Rent + Common Area Maintenance + Monthly Resident Service package + (you must have) Renters insurance + at the time of signing my lease there was also a $300 charge for "Lease Administration Fee" on top of all the other stuff. sheesh! I'm just glad I have the money to pay all of it, but if you don't... might wanna look elsewhere. I'll keep updating.
