This facility needs to be cleaned out and new people brought in that can do the job right. Had a package to arrive there and should have been delivered to a Nc address but NOO, these dummies sent it all the way to Charleston SC and it sat there for two days and then was sent back to this facility. Just wondering where else its going to be sent before or if it even gets sent to our post office, but Hiddenite postal office isnt any better cause mailman just reads the numbers and not the address and delivers it to some random house. It takes a few seconds more to read the whole address and if you cant, go back to school. I wish people could make complaints and they really be looked at cause our mailman should have been fired already. Its not just once its happened with him, its been about 5 or 6 times its happened and we went to postmaster and finally found the package, same house number but address way the heck off. Im sick of it, enough is enough!!

"Arrived at distribution facility" 4 days in a row? Weird are they taking it outside and bringing it back in over and over, not ordering from any company that uses usps again this is an embarrassment.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. My daughter and son in law moved to Greensboro in February. They were told they would get a key for a mailbox so far paperwork has been misplaced over 3 times. No key and some people have had to wait for over 6 months. This is a serious Federal crime. They cannot get their mail, it is all sent back. What the heck are they doing there??? I told my daughter to get a post office box somewhere else and not play this stupid game. We have lived in many other places throughout different states but this is the worse. I also told her to get ahold of the Post Master General & maybe a TV Crew to change things up a bit.
