        The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being "referred" this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

        Progressive Service is top notch. Installer Frank was very knowledgeable, professional and explained every detail of the equipment and every aspect of code requirements for the installation. As important he was a really great guy and a pleasure to talk with. If you want a better than competitive price, outstanding service you're looking at the right company.

        I called to report a badly clogged toilet. When the technician arrived, he actually lectured me about the "correct" way to use and flush the toilet (!!) Like everyone else in this country, I have been flushing toilets all my life, I'm not doing it incorrectly, and all I wanted was for him to FIX THE PROBLEM! I did not appreciate the editorial comments, which he seemed to think were funny. Will not use this company again. There are better options!
