        I always have trouble when I try to print anything here. Im not sure why I keep trying. They tell you to come in, send an email with the document when you get there. But then they tell you they cant open the email because they cant log in to Gmail. So then I asked if I could send the document via text since I didnt have my laptop on me, answer was no. They walked me through the process of opening a project online but then I told them each 5x7 card needs to be different and they tell me thats not possible then. This is the second time this has happened so Im 100% done with Staples, will not be back. Only giving 2 stars just because the first time this happened the lady was nice, second time not so much. Youre much better off using another printing service.

        Customer service here absolutely sucks! If people do not like working for places, find a better job. Dont take that out on innocent customers!

        Jack was really rude over the phone seemed like a very unpleasant person definitely won't be shopping at this location

        Would leave a zero if possible. Place was a dump, from bathroom to shelves. Customer service person left in the middle of assisting me to serve another customer.
