Bill Cook's Tri City Transmissions

My car had a transmission problem and my mechanic RE I take it to Bill Cook's Tri City Transmissions.  I was treated well and fairly by the manager and staff.  My car was repaired in a timely manner which required additional time to source and install a replacement transmission.  The price for performing the work I felt was fair considering the scope of the work required.  My car has been restored to full functionality and is running better than ever.

Diagnosed my car for free.  They were unable to work on my type of problem but recommended a shop that did that type of transmission repair, and didn't charge me anything.  Awesome!

I have never left a review before, but felt I needed to leave a five star review for the excellent service I received from Mr. Cook.  I had my sons truck towed there based on the two positive reviews. Mr. Cook was fair, honest and reasonably priced on the repair.  The truck needed a few additional repairs that Mr Cook pointed out and directed me to a shop that gave me the same service and respect. I highly recommend him if you have any transmission problems. His only advertising is by word of mouth. I will definitely be spreading the word on his excellent business.

We thought we had a transmission problem that was going to cost a fortune.  Bill took our van for a little drive and told us that no way was it the transmission. Told us where to take it and everything worked out great.  No charge from Bill and he will now have a customer if we should need him in the future.
