Used there service for repair of iirragation system, updated controller to wireless, located in ground controls and made necessary repairs. I can now run system without having to go outside. I would recommend for quality service.

Contracted them to fix a station that wasnt running. I had reached out to other contractors first that were well reviewed but never bothered to contact me back. TOC was very professional reaching out within the day and providing a quote electronically and by text which I appreciated. They then quickly scheduled an appointment. The technician, Seth, arrived on time and was able to diagnose and fix the problem promptly. Will go to TOC for all work around my irrigation system in the future.

Seth, Sarah, Tighe, and their team are both helpful and reliable in their successfully accomplishing the projects at hand.
They have stepped up to my landscape lighting and irrigation needs and I rely on their services and their word.
A very respectful family business who makes their clients wishes come true in a timely and professional manner! I am thankful to have found them. We had so many problems with the irrigation system at our home. The previous homeowner did not maintain the system at all. We called several companies in the Greensboro area but they either didn't answer or never called us back. Thankfully a friend of mine that had lived in Irving Park for a long time suggested we call Sarah with Triad Irrigation and thankfully we did! Sarah answered our call on the 3rd ring. She went over the billing with us and she explained the process of inspecting the system and providing us with a detailed explanation of the repairs needed. She sent us a booking confirmation within an hour. The Technician's came right on time and made several easy repairs while on site to get our system partially functioning. We then received a quote for the remainder of the repairs and were able to authorize the repairs instantly. Very satisfied and will only use TOC from now on!
