        Stopped here for a simple oil change and ended up with a chip on my door. Stephen and Kenny lied about paying for my car. Now I have to sue for my refund. Disgusting unprofessional service all around

        Had a last minute "Transmission Fault" warning when my Range Rover Sport was fully packed for an expedition NOLS Wilderness Medicine re-certification course I couldn't miss...called at almost closing time and by the time I arrived they had a brand new Velar ready for a loaner...doesn't get much better than that! Seven Years later UPDATE: My 2012 LR4 HSE finally reached a point after the RRS (above) with engine light warnings despite all services at 125k. Sadly have to retire it to a more sedate life to another owner as a second vehicle and not the work I put them through. Several colleagues have the new Defender since 2020so the inevitable. Meet NEW #7. Thanks Sharon for finding me the right match at closing time on a Saturday!

        I had a great experience with them when I had my Range Rover Evoque serviced. It was very easy and pleasant, from scheduling online to the customer service everything was great! Steve in the service department was so friendly and helpful. The service was very quick and easy! Highly recommended and I will always do business with them.
